Finally got my unit today! It’s so soft! There’s No smell, and it’s very easy to curl. I loveeee it! Even after bleaching the knots and washing it, it maintained its softness just like it came out the box. As far as the customer service goes, and the seller’s communication: exceptional! The communication between the seller and I was amazing. The seller responsed very fast and very polite. They made sure to answer all the questions I had about the hair! The hair is so soft and doesn’t have a smell. So far there is no shedding. The packaging was nice and seller added a headband. You can use the bag to store hair. I will be making this into a closure wig and I will bleach the ends! Overall I am really happy with the hair and customer service. I will defo be buying more hair on Christmas
