After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. I’m so happy I made this purchase!!! This hair is soft, gets silky straight, the ends are nice, is easy to melt. I love it!!! My favorite thing about this wig is that it doesn’t shed. When I got the wig I washed it, still barely any shedding. I run my fingers through the hair all day and I don’t get a strand also it doesn’t tangle. I give this hair 10/10 highly recommend!!!
