All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

I love it true to length 28 inches, and does not have thin ends will purchase again and it was so affordable, I’m in love with this wig and I feel as if it’s money well spent.

Let me start off by saying this is the best wig I have purchased yet on Mscoco. I got this wig installed for my birthday and the lace melted so beautifully. I have re-installed this wig multiple times and the lace melts as if it’s my first install. Will definitely be purchasing again. Also, hair is good quality! I didn’t have to keep flat ironing it.
