All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. Shipping was fast. Wig arrived with no smell. I ordered 16 inches and the wig was true to length. Beautiful yaki texture. I washed and conditioned the wig, there was minimal no shedding, I will definitely order again!!!
