All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. So honestly, I’m shocked. The hair looks really good. It’s true to length. So far no shedding and it is soft. Haven’t tried it on yet but I’m pretty sure it’s gone be right so I’m honestly pleased with my hair and I can be pretty picky with hair.
