After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. There is not enough words to describe this company. All I can say is phenomenal. I ordered a unit several weeks ago and the package was damaged by the shipping company. I contacted Mscoco hair and they immediately handled the situation. They contacted the shipping company and informed me they will take care of everything Within a couple of weeks I received another unit. My job on the highest level and I have gotten so many compliments from Senators and Congressman etc….the hair is so soft I love it.
