All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. I have been wearing lace wigs since 2007, and I usually keep about 10-12 in rotation at a time from all types of vendors, and I have to say that this one is my favorite! I haven’t really taken many photos in this unit yet, but once I do, I’ll tag you in them on Instagram.
I love the hair, it is super thick, the lace looks flawless, even when it is not glued down. I love the fact that the wig is not too big on my head, like most wigs are. Even though it took a very long time for me to receive my unit. They seem to always be on holiday. The wig quality more than made up for this inconvenience.
I must warn you to be extremely gentle, though because this lace is extremely fragile, while I was removing my unit, it ripped into the hairline, which I pray that I can fix. I went a little too heavy on the glue application, which you can probably see in the photo. Lesson learned, as these don’t really have to be glued down to melt into the skin. I will order again!
