After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. Lol Everything came packaged well with a little freebie of lashes. I have had no shedding since getting it installed and it has held a curl for almost a week which is rare with new hair. I’ve had this hair for 1 month now and I just say its doing a fine job. It barely sheds, and it doesn’t tangle too easily or maybe its just how I care for it. Either way its worth it. It feels so much softer and better each time I wash it.
