All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. Well, to be honest, the wig is nice, their lace is very soft so it is very comfortable to wear, and the wig cap is just right, the elastic band is suitable for most head shapes. The hairline is pre-plucked, which is very convenient.
