After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. The wig comes with a pre-plucked hairline, though I did need to bleach the knots. The lace is thin and melts easily, which makes this wig very beginner friendly. The hair is true to length and holds curls.
