After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. This wig is out of this world! I have never owned a 250% density wig and I’m not sure I can ever go back. It doesn’t shed. The hair is some of the softest hair I have ever touched. It’s an effortless beauty and you must buy it! I bought the 12 inch in length if anyone is wondering.
