After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. If you’re looking for soft and good quality hair this is the wig, the lace was very thin and had the HD effect. The hair is very soft and tangle free, there was also very little shedding. There was no smell and it was true to length, I will definitely buy this hair again.
