All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

I was kind of skeptical about ordering, cause I normally order from another website but it did not disappoint. I love this wig! If you’re thinking about getting a good colored wig, do it. This human hair wigs was packaged in a cute bag and was delivered fairly quick. The hair is soft and there is no shedding. The wig also was a great fit on my head. The installment process for the wig was very easy and turned out so good. Again, if you’re thinking about buying it… DO IT.
