After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. So silky and beautiful. Very beautiful hair. After opening the package, there is no peculiar smell, easy to clean, no shedding, no tangles. After washing, it is still silky smooth, in very good condition, and the hair is cute and plump. In general, I like this hair very much and have no complaints. The hair was packaged properly and had no odor (thankfully). The hair does not shed, it has great volume and doesn’t lay flat on your head. I have washed this wig and got it reinstalled and it is just as soft than it initially came! Definitely worth the value!
