All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

My package came within 5days. Upon opening the unit, there was a wig cap and beautiful eyelashes. The hair is extremely soft and full. Extremely pleased with the quality of the hair and lace! Texture is soft no smell and no shedding. Vendor was extremely professional. Will be buying again!
