After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. Omg I absolutely love this hair!!! It exceeds my expectations I wear virgin hair daily I am a true wig lover!! The hair is so soft and easy to manage it does not tangle. The hair is ready to wear out the package! This was the best part about the wig and the length of the wig is true. I will definitely order from here again.
