All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. This wig was exactly as described! I got 16 inch wig. The hair is definitely true to length and density. It also was very soft and didn’t come with a strong smell like some wigs from other companies do. The wig came very fast and efficiently.
