All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. The wig is absolutely Amazing, it’s extremely soft and has a nice wave!! I really like the extra headbands sent with the wig as well! 10/10 would recommend. Also the hair is real human hair and no bad smell. Very easy to install, and fits me a lot.
