All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. After seeing so many videos of beautiful headband wigs I decided to buy one on a whim. So glad I made this purchase! I’m a beginner to wigs so this is perfect for me. Very easy to install. Hair is very soft. It came with pretty headband, a wig cap and a nice bag. The price was perfect. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase. I will come back for another wave!
