All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

I love this wig! It’s so soft and doesn’t tangle or shed. Hair quality is nice, true to length. The lace is perfect and easy to blend. The wig comes with combs and an adjustable strap so overall it makes it super easy to apply. Also came with 2 wig caps! And I can’t forget about the color, it’s beautiful and I love it.
