All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. This wig is so beautiful and comfortable, too. I absolutely love it. It stays silky and shiny. Not like other wigs that I have tried that had problems with knotting. Will ask my hairstylist to install for me soon. This is my favorite wig ever.

I love it! It is cut in layers and can be used as is, no need to take it to a stylist to trim. This highlight color is amazing. I use hair products and try to wash it. I have been swimming in the lake with it too, I put it in braids to prevent tangling, and it even looks good when it air dries. I use jojoba oil on it prior to washing and leave in conditioner, a day before washing. After washing I let it sit in the conditioner for a couple of hours. Then when I flat iron it, it keeps it shiny and tangle free. Also, the nice lashes I got, which I love! Thank you for your outstanding customer service.
