After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. The hair is so beautiful, it is very soft and silky. There was no bad smell, no shedding at all and the knots are very small which made it easy to bleach and pluck.
