All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

Yeah just got my wig installed. I love it. The hair is soft and shiny, it’s long and full. I believe it’s true length and it is the real hd lace. There is no shedding problem, the hair is smooth and tangle free. My hairstylist said it’s really good quality hair. share pics with you guys!!

The hair is soft with no strange gross smell. The hair is good quality and doesn’t shed even I brush through it. Lace is real hd lace, it is thin and invisible. The wig also came pre plucked, it’s so natural and wonderful. I had this wig installed for about 2-3 weeks. Great experience since it was my first time ordering from this vendor. I’m sure I will purchase more from them.
