After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. Hair is good but the lace is too thin refund me or send another unit out this lace has put a patch in the wig the first day of install doesn’t do well with glue it rips hair out
