All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. No shedding. No stiffness. Very bouncy, I would recommend this wig. I did not have to do much to fit it on my head. I would definitely recommend this company to purchase hair in the future.
