All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

LOVE THIS HAIR I get so many compliments. It’s very full and SOFT. The curls are even more bomb when you use a denman brush. Fill for sure but again from this company. Hd lace is transparent and thin. Really easy hair to work with, was able to do a flawless install on myself.
