All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. The hair is long and soft. It was very easy to install. I’m not a stylist and was able to make it melt easily into my hair. I took the hair to Bahamas and it held on strong! I would highly recommend especially for the price!

This wig is so soft! I definitely say it get it. This is a 16 inch and it is perfect. I would say it is big head friendly as well. It’s so easy to put on too, I’m amazed.
