All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. This wig is so soft! I definitely say it get it. This is a 16 inch and it is perfect. I would say it is big head friendly as well. It’s so easy to put on too, I’m amazed.

Trust me the hair is great! Comes with lashes and a wig cap. The wig is accurate like the description and pictures. It’s very thick and full and the curls are beautiful! The hair is also very soft and has no odor, pre-pluked and it was delivered very fast, like 4-5 days. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the hair and many people asking for a link. Loving it!!
