All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

I was honestly shocked by how good this wig is straight out the package. I got the 28 inch 6×5 200% density glueless unit and BABY it did not disappoint. The lace is thin and melts beautifully without any glue or gel. I didn’t even have to tint it, it blended right into my skin. Minimal shedding when I ran my fingers through it, and the hairline came pre-plucked just enough for a natural install.
