After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. This wig is absolutely fantastic—it arrived pre-plucked, pre-cut, and pre-layered, so all I needed to do was install it. It even has adjustable straps for a perfect fit. The hair is dense all the way to the ends with incredible thickness. The lace blends seamlessly and looks flawless. 10/10, would definitely buy again!
