All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. Absolutely LOVE this wig. The hair, lace, and circumference fit are second to none! It was easy to style and I’m rookie. I wish it were a little denser however, I received the most compliments from this wig than any other wig I have ever purchased.
