All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. The hair is so soft, and true to its length. Lace fits my skin well, it is invisible. It didn’t have a bad smell to it at all, very little shedding but manageable. Very Fast Shipping! Hair arrived well packaged no smell and was deffo what i ordered. Received a cute set of mink lashes also. I will report back in regards to shedding etc once i have washed and installed hair for a long time but so far very pleased and the sellers communication was ten out ten.

Firstly I have to say the hair is absolutely gorgeous very accurate and has a real human hair texture. the hair is full and thick no shedding just perfect, great length too. Communication was awesome the seller was very sweet always kept me updated and was respectful. I had no problems at all with shipping my package came a day early so that was even better.
