All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

My first review I gave 4stars because it was a little to big after adjusting it myself(I am NOT good at styling wigs AT ALL) but this unit is so easy to adjust and is THE BEST UNIT I EVER PURCHASED believe me I am one of the most honest people you will ever come across and the unit looks like it is coming out of my scalp. How ever read this and is thinking to purchase this one do it you will be happy with your purchase. No styling 100% real review no tangle shed as much as my real hair and I’ve been sleeping in it for a week now. FINALLY A SITE THAT GIVES YOU WHAT THEY SAY IT IS great job Mscoco Hair.

My hair came and it looks and feels amazing . The staff is extremely wonderful and helpful. The hd lace wig is my liking, fit my skin stone. All skin color can hold this lace. They stayed in contact with me from the beginning and deliver of my order. But the cap is too big for me, hope it can be smaller next time. Awesome vendor if I could give them 20 stars I would.

The shipping time was fast!!! The quality of the hair is even more amazing!!! i was pleased with the pre plucked hairline and did not have to do any extra plucking, it looks very natural and the hd lace is very very thin! Hair is true to length and no smell. Unbelieveably soft!!!The wig unit also came with an elastic band that you can attach to have better support. I’m really satisfied with this purchase will order again. I totally recommend this hair. I think you’ll love it as much as I do.
