All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

This wig is a pretty good quality to a certain extent. It’s good if you need a good wig for an event. I would get another if I had to.

It was a very beautiful wig and I loved the present that came with the wig. The lace is real HD lace and it is so thin. It melted well with my skin. I bought this wig to wear for my date and I was not disappointed. The wig was very soft and true to length. I sent this to my friend and she’s already trying to get one. I’d definitely revisit and purchase their wigs again.
