After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. I purchased the 18+20,22,24. No tangles but the normal from installing new Hair. No smell. A few red and colored strands. But the hair feels awesome. Installed with ease. The ends are thinner that what I prefer so they did require some work and trimming in order for install to look full. But I placed a second order tonight!
