After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. I love this hair. It’s the perfect vacation hair with very easy maintenance. Water is really all that you need. You can wear it wild and wavy or you can wear it with more defined waves. It returns right back to its wavy pattern after washing, and it dries beautifully. A few loose strands will come out when combining or brushing when dry but that’s a normal thing. Even the most expensive hair will loose some strands.
