Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. Hair arrived on time. It was true to length and also very soft, also it did not shed a lot. After about a week it was hard to maintain because it gets dried out and would look tangled. But when you wet it it would look brand new again.

I co washed it to see how it would stand up. It didn’t tangle at all or matte up. I was amazed how this hair turned out after deep conditioning it overnight. Nice curl an It wowed me. Yes It’s beautiful hair.
