After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. It came fast as hell and I’m thankful for that. It came with some lashes and gifts…the hair is very soft and upon washing it did not tangle at all. The closure is free part and seems preplucked. It passed the hair burn test so it’s human hair. So far so good No regrets!
