After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. The hair was soft. Came fast and was true to length. I love it. Little to no shedding. No smell. It was bouncy, took curls well. And was good even after wash. I was also able to reuse the hair. Absolutely no tangles at all.
