After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. The hair is sooo soft, looks just like the picture. The shipping was a little slow because i received these hair in about 5-7 business days. Hair was no smell at all. I would most definitely order another one.
