After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. The hair is worth the price i paid for it. The hair bundles and lace frontal are soft and little to no shedding. Also there customer service was outstanding, my hair was late arriving but Mscoco made sure to communicate with me and insure me that my hair would still come. For the lace frontal the knots are very normal. I didn’t bother to bleach I just used makeup to try to cover the knots and it worked fine. This hair was EVERYTHING! Great quality and did i mention GREAT prices. MUST BUY!😍
