After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. I am so glad i got this set of straight bundlse and lace frontal. These extensions are very soft, and are thick to the ends. Staff is sweet and quick to reply to questions, I emailed a few time to ask about toning my hair extensions and they were very helpfull. I will try body wave set next time.
