After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. I am very satisfied with my wig. this was my first time ordering a wig and I was very nervous. but I’m in live with the wig it’s silky and soft and it doesn’t shed. when i got the hair i washed it with lukewarm water shampoo, conditioner and a hair mask. then i combed it with a wide tooth comb and let it air dry and i got beautiful waves. since then i wear the wig like that with weaves. the seller kept me updated about my order
