After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. Iv had there hair installed a month now, it’s still soft, beautiful curls and requires low key maintenance. I use my denman hair brush with water to de tangle, and if needed I’ll use some hair moose to liven up the curls but other than that you don’t have to keep wetting it throughout the day in order for it to look nice. The bundles are great compared to the more costly online hair stores. Measured true to size, no smells, and curls came back after straightening. Iv taken this hair out deep conditioned it and re-installed and the curls came back even more bomb the second time. So far so good and I would buy again.

Frontal was full , my beautician plucked it a bit and added a little make up and it was perfectly fine . I have had no problems so far very soft , small bit of shedding (not enough to complain ) . Very satisfied I will buy again.
