All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

Finding the correct wig size is not difficult to do.
Our wigs are average size, tend to fit about 95%-98% of customers. The majority of our wig collection also comes with adjustable straps that give up to half an inch so that you can achieve a more comfortable and secure fit.
