Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. This hair is amazing!!! I’ve been searching for a good loose deep wave hair in longer lengths and this right here is it!!! The bundles are nice and thick and the ends are not straggly. The bundles are true to length. There is minimal shedding however that’s expected with ANY curly hair! I will be purchasing more hair soon!!! If you looking for god quality gone ahead and buy it, you won’t regret!

I love how fast my shipping was. I instantly took the hair out the pack and washed all my bundles and frontal. You need to bleach the knots or use some lace tint spray on the quicker side. The bundles were very true to length and did NOT shed a lot just minimal normal shedding. I love how soft it feels and how natural it looks I highly recommend this hair to everyone!
