After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. Only used a tad bit of Shine to give it a shine and not a lot of shedding. Good quality for the price… I will definitely purchase again. Love it
