Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. This hair is AMAZING! Frontal was ready (didn’t have to bleach knots) Hair is soft, manageable, doesn’t shed, cooperates no matter if you want the wet look or big hair look. Combed out with rat tail comb and the hair gave me no problems whatsoever. Still have it in. It’s been two weeks. Love it.

Upon receiving the hair it had a slight smell to it. But washing it took the smell right away. I used the bundles to make a wig. The hair was very soft & weather dry or wet it felt great as long as you maintain it the right way. I would definitely be ordering this hair again to make another wig for my birthday coming up!
