After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. The frontal was easy to bleach and although it came pre plucked I did have to go in and customize it more. It was really no problem at all and very quick and easy to do.
