All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. The hair shipped faster than I thought when I received it the hair was so soft and my hair dresser said the hair was thick I didn’t even need 4 bundles. I was skeptical because the price was so cheap but I got a good deal I will be ordering again

I bought this hair about a month or so ago and made a wig and it is everything!!! The hair rarely tangles but if so its usually bc i dont sleep with a bonnet or anything on– water brings it right back! Definitely recommend abd I will be purchasing more!

So I have had this hair in now a little over a month. I took it out to wash my hair and RE-installed the same day. I will say this hair is definitely holding up well. The only thing I use is water and will occasionally use my Nairobi Foaming lotion if I want a more managed define curl. I have yet to experience any tangling or shedding with the exception of a few strands that started this week after being installed for this long. All is well.
